SHIPPING & RETURNS
We are a small business. We work to ship your items as fast as possible and sometimes products will ship sooner than the estimated turnaround time. Thank you for supporting our small business!
All of our products are made to order on demand as requested just for you. Customers orders are handmade and processed within 7-10 business days Monday thru Friday only. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you should receive your package within 3-5 business days via USPS First Class Mail or 2-3 business days via Priority Mail. You will receive an email with the tracking info for your order once it has shipped. Please allow 24 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email before attempting to track your order. If you do not receive your order after 7 business days please contact Ambishes Diva.
Our standard shipping rate is a flat rate of $5.50 for small packages shipped first class mail and a flat rate of $8.50 for large packages shipped priority mail. All sweatshirts and hoodies will be shipped priority mail. The shipping is free for all orders over $75 which will be shipped priority mail. At this time we do not offer expedited shipping or international shipping.
Please double check your address before submitting your order. If a package is returned back to Ambishes Diva for being undeliverable, the customer is responsible for reshipping cost.
Ambishes Diva is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. However if your package has been lost, please FILE a claim with USPS. If you receive a defective item or the wrong item than what was ordered please email us within 24 hours of receiving your package at firstname.lastname@example.org. Customer Service is our top priority.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges. However we do offer an in store credit for product(s) that are unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in good condition, free of any odors, perfume, stains, or damage. The return must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order.
The customer is responsible for shipping cost to send their return back to us.

We would suggest mailing the item back to us via USPS to save on shipping cost and to keep a copy of your receipt to track the package.
A store credit will be sent via e-gift card for the amount paid minus any shipping costs to the email address used for the order within 7 business days once we receive the return.
