SHIPPING & RETURNS
We are a small business. We work to ship your items as fast as possible and sometimes products will ship sooner than the estimated turnaround time. Thank you for supporting this small business!
Please be advised that due to COVID-19 there maybe be a 2-3 day delay on all packages due to the US Postal Service having a limited amount of drivers to deliver packages.
All of our products are made to order as requested just for you. Customers orders are handmade and created within 5-7 business days Monday thru Friday only. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed the next business day.
Once your order has shipped it will be received within 3-5 business days via USPS First Class Mail or 2-3 business days via Priority Mail. You will receive an email with the tracking info for your order once it has shipped. Please allow 24 hours after you receive the confirmation email to track your order. If you do not receive your order after 7 business days please contact Ambishes Diva.
Our standard shipping rate is a flat rate of $4.95 for small packages and $7.95 for large packages shipped priority mail. All sweatshirts and hoodies will be shipped priority mail. At this time we do not offer expedited shipping or international shipping.
Please double check your address before submitting your order. If a package is returned back to Ambishes Diva for being undeliverable, the customer is responsible for reshipping cost.
Ambishes Diva is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. However if your package has been lost, please FILE a claim with USPS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! However if you receive a defective item or the wrong item than what was ordered please email Ambishes Diva within 3 days of receiving your order for return instructions. We will pay for the item to be returned back to us and pay for the correct item to be shipped to you. The same item, color, and size will be shipped to you. Sorry there are no returns on incorrect sizes that was chosen by the customer during checkout. If you any questions about sizing please email us. Please double check your order before checking out.
