We are a small business. Our products are handmade with love on demand. Customers orders are processed within 7-10 business days Monday thru Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We work to ship your items as fast as possible and sometimes products will ship sooner than the estimated turnaround time frame. Thank you for supporting our small business!
1) How can I place an order?
All orders are placed via the website. Please check the sizing chart below before placing your order. Need a larger size? If you have a question about sizing or would like to request a larger size please email us. We will be more than happy to assist with any questions and create a special order request for you. If you are ordering a birthday shirt for yourself or as a gift for a family member or friend, please order at least two weeks in advance to ensure the awesome shirt is received in time for the birthday girls special day!
2) What are my payment options?
Payments can be made with a major credit card such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express via Shopify secured site. Payments can also be made via Paypal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Buy now and pay later with Shop Pay on orders of $50 or more. Shop Pay allows you to split your order into 4 equal installments. There is no additional charges, interest rates, or late fees when you use the Shop Pay option. Ambishes Diva will never store a customers credit card or see the customers credit card information.
3) When will my order ship?
Our products are handmade and made to order on demand as requested just for you. Customers orders are processed within 7-10 business days Monday thru Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed the next business day. We print all of our products in house. However, depending on the volume of orders received and during the holidays, some orders may require a few extra days to process. We will contact the customer if an unexpected delay were to happen. If an item is on back-order, processing can take up to an additional 3-5 business days. Ambishes Diva will contact the customer via email if an item is on back order. Once your order has shipped, you should receive your package within 3-5 business days via USPS First Class Mail or 2-3 business days via Priority Mail. Ambishes Diva is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. However if your package has been lost, please FILE a claim with USPS. 4) Do you have a size chart?
The size chart is listed under each tee shirt design and also there is a sizing tab listed at the top of our homepage.
5) How do I change or cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed I am unable to cancel your order as our t shirt shirt designs are made on demand. However if you select the wrong size please email Ambishes Diva within 1 hours of placing your order.
6) What is your return policy?
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. That's why we happily accept returns for items that arrive damaged, or if an incorrect item was sent to you. Please email us within 24 hours after receiving your order at support@ambishesdiva.com. All of our products are custom made to order just for you. Unfortunately, we can't offer returns or refunds for other reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
7) What is the fit of the tees? Are they all Unisex?
We use both women and unisex style tees. The type of shirt used for each design will be listed under the product description. The tank tops are women's fit. The Raglan tees are unisex. The hoodies and sweatshirts are all unisex. All unisex tees and hoodies run ONE SIZE large for WOMEN. For unisex tees we recommend women order one size down from your normal size. Please be sure to use the size chart to compare sizing. If you have any questions about sizing please feel free to send us a a quick email at support@ambishesdiva.com.
8) If a design is out of stock will it be available later?
Some designs may be restocked and some will be limited stock to keep up with the latest fashion trends. If a design will not be restocked it will be removed from the site.
